Ok guys I was banned today for some apparent reason that I damaged an ATV? Still don't know how, stray bullet maybe? bumped with vehicle? no one can tell me!!! Poor form, poor poor form

To add to this, I've been on this server for over a week now and have seen a maximum of 4-5 players at once. Hmmm ok!!!

I am sorry that it has come to this, but this is not the first time we have logged you damaging vehicles, our server runs some custom code that logs damage to vehicles with 100% certainty, there is absolutely no doubt that you have caused inexcusable damage to a player's vehicles. The first instance we logged we gave you the benefit of the doubt as we were also monitoring another player at the time (Cpt.Crazzy) who also reared his ugly head again today destroying 4 player owned vehicles in their camp. Cpt.Crazzy caught a permanent ban for his actions.
You were issued with a temp (3 day) ban as a warning, contest this and it will become a permanent ban.

You have already discussed this with another of our admins, that "so called ATV" was damaged by you, as have been other vehicles in the past. You were given a temp ban, this could just as easily become a permanent ban, you broke the rules, plain and simple.
Topic locked, bans are irreversible, debating your actions will not change the outcome in your favour.
