With the Mandate of Heaven I am the chosen one to rule the North Eastern Territory. I declare myself the rightful claimant of the North Eastern Territories. Therefore I give up my childhood name for a name more fitting for a King. From here on out I want to be known as Genghis Khan of the Mongolian Empire.
