To whom it may concern,

I was uncertain where to post this, as I could not see any "Player Help" areas or the like, but I appear to have taken massive damage when dropping from the roof of Ardentshire's northern gate onto the upper deck.  As shown in the screen-shot, I cannot see any lethal pointy things or reasons for the damage, but it seems to have quite solidly applied 218 'unknown' damage to my head sourced from my character and reduced a number of skills which have taken many hours to improve.

If possible, I am interested to know if any compensation for "game-bug-related-death' is reasonable, and to provide evidence of this anomaly.  Normally I would suggest investigating the issue, but this matter appears to be an engine thing and is likely out of any probable ability to fix.

Since many of the clay deposits are running dry, starting today, the GMs and myself are actively going around replenishing them. We'll also add a few more deposits for you to find - when and where won't be disclosed. We'll keep an eye on the deposits, and work towards making sure there is enough in them for everyone.

Top of the world, eh? Hmm.. I wonder what the Elders would have to say about it, though I haven't seen them around for some time.
